**1. Acceptance of Terms**

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Easy Game d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our software (the "Software").

1.2. By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

 

**2. License**

2.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.2. You agree not to:
   a) Modify, adapt, or reverse engineer the Software.
   b) Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
   c) Share your license or access credentials with others.
   d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Software.

 

**3. Payment, Packages, Lifetime and Subscription**

3.1. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Software as specified on our website.

3.2. Packages are one time payments and are not automatically renewed, each package is activated upon date of purchase and is automatically disabled once the end date has been reached.

3.3. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless canceled by you. You can cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy. Subscriptions are marked as such.

3.4. The term lifetime license refers strictly to the lifetime of the Software, as defined in this Agreement, and not the lifetime of the purchaser.

3.4.1. Lifetime Definition
The lifetime of the software refers to the period during which the Software is actively maintained, updated, and supported by the us ("Licensor"). The Software may enter End of Life ("EOL") status when the Licensor determines, at its sole discretion, that the Software is no longer commercially viable, feasible, or supportable.

3.4.2. End-of-Life (EOL) Policy

The Licensor will provide a notification at least three (3) months in advance of the Software entering EOL status. In cases where earlier notification is required by applicable law, the Licensor will comply with such legal requirements.
After the EOL date, the Licensor will no longer provide access, updates, support, or maintenance for the Licensed Software.
3.4.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Licensor has no obligation to continue providing access to the software, services, or associated functionality beyond the announced EOL date.
No Right to Continued Access
3.4.4. The User acknowledges that the lifetime license does not grant any rights to demand continued access, updates, or availability of the Software after it has entered EOL status. Upon reaching EOL, the Software and related services may become wholly or partially inaccessible.

3.4.5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from the discontinuation or termination of the Software following the EOL notification period.

**4. Intellectual Property**

4.1. The Software and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of Easy Game d.o.o. and are protected by copyright and other laws.

4.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the Software or its content without our prior written consent.

 

**5. Warranty Disclaimer**

5.1. The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Software.

 

**6. Limitation of Liability**

6.1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software.

 

**7. Termination**

7.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

 

**8. Governing Law**

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Croatia.

 

**9. Changes to Terms**

9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
