To install, simply run the downloaded file and follow the intuitive installation steps - it's as easy as clicking 'Next, Next, Install'. Should you encounter a 'Blue' warning screen indicating that Microsoft has prevented the app from starting, please click on 'More Information' and then choose 'Install'. To activate your software, simply log in using the email address you provided during purchase, along with the license key issued to you.

NAT (Network Address Translation) is a specific method of mapping IP addresses by transforming the header information within the traffic. Generally your NAT type is also responsible for your SBMM and we offer two different options for each server. Moderate & Strict. This way you can test which version works best for you.

Ensure that you disabled DMZ or Port Forwarding on your router and restarted your PC and Router once done. If your in-game NAT type is still not changing to the one you select, do the following: 1) Close your game 2) Disconnect Easy-VPN 3) Select a different NAT type (e.g.: use Moderate if you tried to connect to Strict before) 4) Connect 5) Disconnect 6) Select again your initial NAT type 7) Connect again 8) Start your game ​ If above steps aren't resolving your problem than there is an issue within your PC setup. No, you can use either WiFi or your cable connection. Though we strongly recommend to use always the wired/cable connection to ensure stability and low latency during your gaming experience.
