1. Hardware Requirements & Missing Equipment
Certain features and configurations may not be possible if required hardware is missing or incompatible.
This includes (but is not limited to):-
Capture cards

Cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, audio cables, etc.)

Adapters or converters

External devices needed for specific setups
If essential hardware is not available during the appointment, those functions cannot be configured.
The customer is responsible for providing the necessary hardware.2. Remote Service Only — No Onsite Visit
All services are performed exclusively through remote support tools.
No onsite visits or physical setups at the customer’s location will be provided.Cabling, physical connections, and rearranging equipment must be done by the customer.
We will guide you remotely, but we cannot physically connect or adjust hardware.3. System Limitations & Performance Constraints
Configuration options may be limited depending on:
